How to watch a Pinterest TV episode

How to watch a Pinterest TV episode

As many of you know, I frequently host a live Pinterest TV episode about various topics related to home: home decor, renovation, and organization. It’s a great opportunity to interact with the community, share helpful tips, and give space for questions.

We have a great time over on Pinterest TV! So, if you want to join in on the fun, here are specific directions on how to watch one of my Pinterest TV episodes! Specifically, I’ll show you how to:

  • Sign up for notifications for my next Pinterest TV episode via Pinterest
  • Sign up for notifications if you’re subscribed to the Hello Home, Girl! newsletter
  • Join the episode live
  • Watch the replay

Let’s do it!

First…what’s Pinterest TV?

Pinterest TV is a platform where creators host 30 minute to one hour long episodes about DIY, beauty, home, wellness, fashion, food, and more.

Most episodes are hosted live which means you can interact with the host in the moment! Some episodes are pre-recorded footage, but hosts still frequent the chat to answer any questions.

Moreover, Pinterest TV allows for an in app shopping experience. Hosts often share links to the products that they discuss. So, if you see something cool that you’d like to pick up for yourself, Pinterest TV makes it super easy for you to purchase!

Why I love Pinterest TV

I love hosting Pinterest TV episodes because of the human interaction. I love feeling helpful by sharing bite sized tips. Additionally, I find that people are less afraid to ask questions and more eager to seek clarification in the Pinterest TV format (even more than here on the blog)!

Lastly, Pinterest is a very positive platform filled with a supportive and inquisitive community. They are seeking answers to their questions, and I’m there to provide answers!

Should I watch it on desktop or in app?

Before I show you specifics, be aware that you can watch Pinterest TV on both desktop and via the Pinterest app. However, it’s best to watch episodes on the Pinterest app.

Particularly, you can’t browse the upcoming episodes beyond a couple of days on desktop, and some of the episodes’ features are not as interactive on desktop. Therefore, I highly recommend watching on the Pinterest app.

I’ll show all instructions via the Pinterest app. (I use an Android, but the IOS instructions should be very similar).

How to find sign up for notifications for my next Pinterest TV episode via Pinterest

  1. When you open the Pinterest app, tap the TV icon in the top left corner.

On the day of my episode, you’ll get a notification of the episode 30 minutes before and at the time of the episode! Now you won’t miss the live broadcast.

How to sign up for notifications if you’re subscribed to the email newsletter

To be the first to find out when I have an upcoming Pinterest TV episode, sign up to my email newsletter! You’ll also receive notifications when I publish a new blog post here on the blog as well.

I usually send out episode notifications about 1-2 weeks prior to an episode to give you plenty of time to sign up for notifications.

  1. Open my Pinterest TV episode email. My Pinterest TV episode email usually looks something like this:

How to watch a Pinterest TV episode live

You just learned how to sign up for Pinterest TV episode notifications via Pinterest and the Hello Home, Girl! email newsletter. That means you will see notifications on your phone 30 minutes  before the episode airs.

You also will get a notification on your phone right when I go live! You’ll simply tap on that notification on your phone when you see it. It’ll take you straight to my live broadcast!

What do I do if I miss the notification on my phone?

If you miss the notification on your phone, you have two ways of watching.

Option 1: via the app

Open the Pinterest app and tap the TV icon in the top left corner. If I’m live, you’ll see a big picture of me talking with a “Watch Live” button. Tap the “Watch Live” button to join.

Option 2: via email

Open my Pinterest TV episode email and click either the picture or button under the picture. It’ll take you straight to the live episode!

How to watch the replay

If you missed the live Pinterest TV episode, you can watch the replay! You have three ways to watch.

Replay option 1: via the app

Open the Pinterest app and tap the TV icon in the top left corner. Scroll down to “Explore past episodes” and scroll until you see my past episode. Click “Watch.”

Sincerely,

Felicia.

Although it's still in the 90s here in Texas, summer's officially over. So I thought I'd bid adieu by looking back.

I'm so thankful for the places I visited, the people I met, and lessons I've learned.

Let me know one fun thing you did this summer!

First, I used a float for most of the #backsplash . But using the premixed #grout + the bevels made it hard to get between the tiles.

When it came to the edges, we used our fingers. It just worked better for us.

In conclusion, JUST USE WHAT WORKS. The grout instructions didn't say to use your fingers, but we did. 🤷🏾‍♀️

If you're ever a guest in my home, just know that If you're ever a guest in my home, just know that I got you on all fronts -- no questions asked!

I hide things in plain sight often so that people don't need to feel embarrassed to ask for personal items.

Plus, storage in water closets can be kinda tricky. I got rid of my over the toilet storage cabinet and opted for floating shelves. The basket helps to add another bathroom storage solution to the room! (I got a new blog post about that topic...link in bio.)

Do you struggle with bathroom storage? LMK in the comments!

Also, do you have an auntie who cleans out your stash every time she visits? Or is that one just me? 🤭🤣

My mom's plant is still alive some 2 years and 9 m My mom's plant is still alive some 2 years and 9 months later.

I decided it was bout time to put her plant in an attractive pot to hang there all cute and whatnot. It hasn't grown much in the last almost 3 years, but growth wasn't really the goal.

The goal was just to keep it alive since many pieces of it were struggling at one time. To keep the pests from eating away at what was left.

I guess the plant has been imitating my life.
