Do you ever get extremely dissatisfied with everyt

Do you ever get extremely dissatisfied with everything all of a sudden?

What an oddly specific probing question – but I totally felt that way yesterday. I was uninspired and unmotivated. Laying in bed, I looked at my bedroom and instantly regretted almost every piece of decor up in that bih. It is SO FAR from where I want it to be. I’m appreciative, yet dissatisfied.

I was triggered by the fact that I messed up my second attempt at the attic door yet AGAIN. I was totally pouted and fell into the “f— everything” mode.

No happy ending to this one. Still a work in progress!

Today, I kept "The Pretender" by The Foo Fighters on replay. Felt fitting and cathartic!
