Lemon Pepper Wings
- Prep the wings. Cut the wing quarters in two pieces: drummettes and flats.
- Combine flour, 3 tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning, 2 tbsp. garlic salt, 1 tsp. pepper, and 1 tsp. salt. Mix well.
- Season chicken with 1 tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning, 1 tsp. pepper, and 1 tsp. salt.
- Cover chicken in flour.
- Fry chicken in peanut oil until golden brown or until pieces floats in the oil.
- Drain oil on a plate cover in paper towels.
Lemon Butter Sauce
- Combine 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of dried celery, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
- Heat until the butter is melted. Stir together.
- Pour sauce onto wings and toss in a bowl. Plate to serve.
